# Node voltage method steps 1 to 4

The Node Voltage Method solves circuits with the minimum number of KCL equations.

The steps of the Node Voltage Method are,

- Assign a reference node (ground).
- Assign node voltage names.
- Solve the nodes with a voltage source connected to the reference node.
- Write Kirchhoffâ€™s Current Law for each node.
- Solve the resulting system of equations.
